AIRBNB PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN ONTARIO AND ALBERTA

Myself and a group of (Bookclub) ladies recently rented an Air BnB hosted by the Casa Co-host team. We could honestly not say enough great things about our experience. We had to alter our plans last minute and found the Brampton location with just 4 days prior to our arrival. Right from the beginning this team made sure we were prepared, informed and ready to relax! From super responsive hosts, to a stunningly beautiful home we were beyond pleased with our stay. One of the most overlooked things we find in our Air BnB travels is that home that boast enough sleeping spaces for larger groups never support the same amount of seating in common areas throughout the home. This location has several seating areas that easily fit our group. No one had to bring a camping chair "just in case" or eat in a different room because the dining area was too small. Another thing that is often overlooked is the comfort of the sleeping spaces for guests. Hosts fill areas with as many sleeping areas as possible to fit larger groups. This establishment had beds that not only ensured our larger group had ample enough space but they prioritized comfort. This allowed us to not only enjoy our time away but also get a great night's sleep. Some of us relaxing from demanding careers or having a night away from kids. It is a touch that many Air BnBs claim but don't actually follow through on. We were able to easily get into downtown Toronto from our location. There was also enough parking to accommodate the group which gathers from several locations across a few hours radius. Should I add that the weekend of our visit we had some snowfall. Without asking or expecting us to manage, a team member was at the home shoveling and salting ensuring further our stay was a priority to their team. As I began with, we could not say enough good things about our stay and those that managed it. We all unanimously agreed we would stay again should our travels bring us back to the area.

I stayed in one of the properties managed by Casa Co Host during my 10 day trip to Brampton. I had a great experience overall. The house was well maintained and ready upon arrival which made check in stress free. Team was responsive during my stay. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable short term rental in Brampton.

"Daljit's property located 609 Twain in Mississauga was a modern house, the Airbnb photos were accurate, the furnishings were good, the heating and ventilation systems were good. We stayed 11 nights during very cold local temperatures and heavy snowfall. These climatic conditions created parking challenges which were communicated to the Host. The Host responded with corrective action swiftly and effectively. The kitchen in this property was well equipped for our group of six to prepare 3 meals a day, as we did. Cooking appliances, dishware, pots, pans, and food storage containers were good quality and in ample supply. The basics such as salt, pepper, and spices were all provided. The floor plan / layout of this property is quite functional. We spent time together, and separated, all as and when we chose to do so within the house. The laundry facilities were good. We will not hesitate to stay here again if and when our travels place us in Mississauga, ON."

Had a really great experience with them. They were hosting an Airbnb we stayed at. Lipsa was super responsive, friendly and very helpful. We had to move in due to being displaced due to a flood. From the very beginning they helped us by bringing in extra furniture to set up a home office, worked with the owners to help block off time when we had uncertainties w insurance. This helped our stress levels so much. When we had any issues w appliances, they were very responsive and rectified the issue right away. Any other issues that arose, were dealt w extremely promptly. Excellent communication and customer service. Made the whole experience wonderful.

Casa Co-Host manages my three properties. Two in Brampton and one in Mississauga. I like their strict process of cleaning management. Its been three years and i never had to worry about anything. Thank you, Casa Co-Host. I strongly recommend them to everyone.

The host was very communicative, and the house was extremely clean. We felt right at home during our stay. The location is great—close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, a wonderful property and an excellent host.
