David, Mitul, & their team took me through the challenging process from literally start to finish. I could not imagine doing this without them. I'm so glad my friend recommended using Air Co-Host to me. I worked away from home for months and used this as an opportunity to rent my place in Toronto to generate extra income. David and Mitul were outstanding in walking me through the process and getting my place rented regularly through the months I was gone producing terrific secondary income for me. They took care of all the details and really, left me little to no work at all except for a few necessary inquiries from time to time. I loved the fact that I really never had to deal with any of the clients renting the place at all as David and Mitul handled all communication with the renters. For anybody looking to rent their place, I would definitely refer you to Air Co-Host

We’re super pleased that we chose this team to manage short term rentals in our home while we’re away travelling for the year. The entire process; from initial meeting, getting the house ‘rental ready’, all communication, payments, addressing concerns, ect has been very smooth and professional. We are very confident that they are on top of everything- that our home is being taken care of, while also being rented out to the max ability to respectful guests. Definitely recommend.
