Either way, Casa Co-Host manages all the details, dispatches the cleaners and monitors all their activities and results. We are your full-service cleaning partner manager.
How much does Casa Co-Host charge?
Aside from the one-time costs associated with listing a property (to cover initial set up, cleaning and photography), we align our interests to yours by charging a monthly commission on revenue. In that way, we work hard to maximize occupancy and optimize pricing at all times to generate higher returns. We can discuss this commission and how it applies to your specific condo, home or cottage.
