Mitul brings a powerful combination of real estate expertise and marketing savvy to Casa Co-Host, a leading Airbnb property management company in the Greater Toronto Area and Golden Horseshoe region. As co-founder, he stays at the forefront of short-term rental trends, using technology and data-driven strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Mitul plays a hands-on role in overseeing our Airbnb property management operations across Southern Ontario, ensuring homeowners and investors receive exceptional service, strong returns, and a seamless hosting experience.

David Hillar, Co-Owner
David brings extensive experience in business development, marketing, and sales, with a strong track record as Head of Marketing in both service and technology sectors. At Casa Co-Host, David focuses on delivering a seamless and elevated experience for property owners, hosts, and guests alike.

As a key leader in our short-term rental management Toronto operations, David is committed to helping homeowners maximize their property’s potential while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.
